Privacy Policy

This explains what FenceReveal, run by Reveal Labs, collects and how we handle it. We keep it lean - we only collect what we need to run the tool.

1. What we collect

When you sign in and use FenceReveal, we handle:

Account info from your Google sign-in: your name, email and a user ID.
Photos you upload and the previews we generate from them.
Usage records: credit balance and a log of generation attempts (for billing and quality).
Payment records: handled by Stripe. We see that a purchase happened and its amount - we never see or store your full card details.

2. How we use it

To sign you in, generate your previews, manage your credits and purchases, keep the tool working and secure, and let us know (as the operator) when someone new signs up so we can gauge interest. We don't sell your data.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service:

Google Firebase - sign-in and database (your account and usage records).
Google (Gemini API) - your uploaded photo is sent here to generate the preview.
Stripe - processes payments.
Resend - sends the operator a simple "new signup" notification.
Google Analytics - anonymous usage analytics (which pages and features get used) so we can improve the tool.

Each processes data under their own terms. Some may store data outside Australia.

4. Where your previews live

The previews you generate are cached on your own device (in your browser) so you can see your recent work. They aren't stored in a personal cloud library in this version - so download anything you want to keep. Clearing your browser data or using another device means those previews won't follow you.

5. Keeping and deleting your data

You can delete your account any time from Settings - that removes your account record and usage history on our side. Some records may be retained where the law requires (for example, payment records Stripe must keep).

6. Cookies

We use what's needed to keep you signed in and the tool working, plus Google Analyticscookies that measure how the site is used (pages visited, features used) so we can improve it. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we don't sell your data. You can block cookies in your browser if you prefer - the tool still works.
