Terms of Service

FenceReveal turns a photo of a yard into a photorealistic preview of how a chosen fence could look. It's a visualisation and sales aid - not a quote, a measurement, an engineering plan, or a guarantee of the finished result. Real fences vary with site conditions, materials, installer and lighting. Colours shown are on-screen approximations of Colorbond and timber finishes and may differ from physical samples.

Always confirm the real product, colour, dimensions and price with the customer before relying on a preview.

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you upload. You must be at least 18 and using the tool for a genuine business or personal purpose. Don't share your account in a way that lets others generate with your previews without your say-so.

Some previews are free to start. After that you can buy additional previews through our payment provider, Stripe. One preview is used each time you generate or regenerate, not only when you like the result. Prices are shown at checkout in Australian dollars.

If a generation fails or is automatically rejected by our quality check, the preview used for that attempt is returned to your balance. Previews have no cash value and can't be transferred.

Previews are a digital product delivered immediately. Because a successful generation uses real processing costs, purchased previews are generally non-refundable once added to your account. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law - if something is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll make it right.

You keep ownership of the photos and product details you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to store and process them (including sending them to our AI provider) solely to create your private fence profile and generate your previews. You may use the previews you generate for your own business - quoting, marketing, showing customers.

Don't upload photos of people without their consent, or product photos, specifications or other material you don't have the rights to use.

Don't use FenceReveal to break the law, to mislead (for example, passing a preview off as a photo of a completed job), to infringe anyone's rights, or to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We can suspend or close accounts that do.

This is an early-stage tool. We may change, pause or remove features, and we can update these terms - we'll update the date above when we do. We aim for good uptime but don't guarantee the service is always available or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made off the back of a preview (such as quoting a job). Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months. Again, your Australian Consumer Law rights are not excluded.
